Sheldon Eipert C.M.I, of Supreme Inspections is a Certified Master Inspector with the training and experience you’re looking for. Born in Regina, Sheldon is familiar with the land on which Regina and rural properties have been built. With an extensive background and Certifications in Construction Project Management, he is dedicated to making sure your property is well built and maintained with your family's safety in mind.
Sheldon has been trained specifically in defect recognition as required by the Canadian Association of Certified Home Inspectors (CanNachi) and International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi). He will examine the many systems and overall condition of the property thoroughly from top to bottom. He uses tools like the FLIR infrared inspection camera and drone to investigate areas, as well as take photos and videos showing specific deficiencies listed in the completed inspection report.
Sheldon works for you as an independent and objective professional. His first priority is to educate you on the property and make you comfortable with your investment. Sheldon will provide a comprehensive report in which he will explain any defects, condition issues or safety concerns as well as outline what components might need updating. He will be happy to answer any of your questions along the way.
